We have to make so many decisions a day and the decision fatigue is real. In this episode we talk about how to meal plan well with nourishing foods that fit your budget and goals as a family. We talk about what a balanced meal and snack looks like for you and the kids as well as examples of my own. Knowing when is the best time to shop and how often will help tremendously so that you're not overspending and making good choices for everyone. Then we dive into planning your week, your playdates, appointments, work times if you own a business, homeschooling, and your workouts too. Last thing we look and reflect on our weeks, what went well and what didn't? Taking time away from your phone, stop comparing and scrolling, and start taking back your life so you don't burn out as a mom. We were meant to thrive as moms and do this well, not just getting through the day stressed, hangry, snappy, and unhealthy. Enjoy the show!
