100 Squats x4 or 25x4, 50 push ups, 1:00 side planks x3

Workout #3

30 minute run

Workout #4

50 Pushups 50 Sit Ups x2

Workout #5

50 Squats, 50 Leg Kickbacks, 100 arm circles with or without weight (50 forward and 50 back)
