There is an exciting development in the world of life insurance underwrting with my company. We aren’t requiring paramed exams for people aged 18-55 who are applying for $300,000 or less of life insurance.

I never thought I would see the day. It seems with the access we have to enough data coupled with the sophistication of underwriting techniques, companies are confident to accurately underwrite without the need for the invasive paramed exams.
