Insurance professionals and mortgage lenders work very closely together. This episode walks you through one of the small hiccups we have to deal with from time to time. Sometimes the lenders ask us to insure the home for the value of the loan. Sometimes that means we are overinsuring the house because the insurance doesn’t cover the value of the loan. It covers the cost to repair or rebuild the house.
