Let’s talk about modernizing this industry that is built on a 20th-century infrastructure.  What does Vertafore do to help agencies streamline and make our lives easier? 
I am an active user of Agency Zoom and I understand you have recently acquired them. It’s a beast.  It does ALOT.    Give me some best practices on how to fold this into an agency.  
Automation is important, and helpful, to a point.  How should agents use automation while keeping things human, and personal?
