Welcome back to The W.O.W. Podcast. In this week's episode, I talk about the price of sin.
God views sin as something that separates us from Him. In the book of Isaiah, it is written, "But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you so that he will not hear" (Isaiah 59:2). However, God's view of sin is also one of love and grace, as He provided a way for us to be reconciled to Him through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus Christ. In the book of Romans, it is written, "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). This shows that God's desire is for us to turn away from sin and be restored to a right relationship with Him.
