Things cheer up with a set of incredible guests. First, Max Charles and Lili Gu come by to talk about the massive BIPOC highlight reel to be released next week and delve into the details of how these things get made and how they hope this will help the ultimate community rise to the current moment. 

Then the guys welcome a very special guest: mid-Atlantic ultimate legend Frank Sarbones, who was at the first ever Wildwood 28 years ago. Time earned wisdom not to be missed.
