Today we begin a new series in Devotionables called "Songs of the Church." Pastor Gabriel talks to us about the hymn, "There is a Fountain Filled with Blood." This hymn, written by William Cowper, is based on Zechariah 13:1. We thank God for the fount of Jesus' blood which cleanses us from sin and all uncleanness. He is our only hope. We proclaim the hope we have in Christ, and we sing. Even in death, our hope remains only Jesus.
