This is what growth looks like. This podcast used to have another name, now we are in a new place. Maturity is a strange thing. I spent some time away from posting to look at myself and decide who I am and what I will continue to produce. I don't want my podcast to be one that brings negativity, but one that brings community. Realistically, we are all working processes, yet to be determined fully. We are all TBD. So that’s what this is. A conversation starter about the issues that we as people deal with.
