Hey Sis!

I have decided to take break from podcasting over the holidays, so as we move through November and December, I won't be releasing new episodes.

We all have those periods where we just need to take a break.

Like you, I am constantly burning the candle from both ends in order to make a better life for myself and my children. As I take a moment to be quiet and still, I realize that taking some things off my plate is the loving act of self care I want to give myself this holiday season.
