In this episode of Singles Therapy, I sit down with Charlotte Simmonds, yoga instructor and my long-time friend. We chat about the difficulty of wanting to be in a relationship when you’re so focused on figuring out yourself, people coming back into your life, and the energy that dating takes. Of course we get a little philosophical around the actual meanings of being in a relationship and being single these days. Mostly, we have a lot of fun, and as always I love Charlotte’s mix of hilarity and introspection.
