In today’s podcast, I’m interviewing world champion, Olympic swimmer, and restauranteur Eamon Sullivan. 

 

When Eamon retired from his swimming career he transitioned his success from the pool to hospitality where he is now part of multiple restaurants in Perth most notably Rib and Tucker and Pogo.  In the podcast we talk to Eamon about his transition from being a sportsperson to restauranteur, his own self inflicted problems and the huge issues that the hospitality industry is currently facing.
