Jason, Dan and Leor discuss Kinder Morgan's decision to freeze spending on the Trans Mountain Expansion, a C$7.4bn plan to triple the capacity of an existing pipeline carrying fuel from Alberta to a port near Vancouver. We also discuss Shell's Sky Scenario which illustrates a technically possible, but challenging, pathway for society to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement. Lastly, we touch on fuel efficiency standards which look likely to be rolled back in the USA.
