Tributes by the heads of Sainsbury's, Tesco and Asda have been paid to Sir Ken Morrison, who has died at the age of 85. He turned a small Yorkshire-based family business into the UK's fourth-largest supermarket operator. Morrison's chairman, Andrew Higginson, told reporters Sir Ken was able to move with the times.
