We'll be looking ahead to Sir Mo Farah's visit to Gibraltar in April, which was announced this morning. 

Caitlin Lavagna has a new track! It's a collaboration called Endless Goodbye, we'll hear more about the track and about what Caitlin's up to.

Infant feeding coach Karen Kelly is also in the studio. With a new breastfeeding support group starting up next month, we ask Karen about some of the issues facing parents and carers and how they can get involved in the group.

And CorreLibre is celebrating ten years of bringing together runners and walkers on the Rock. Michaela Rees will be running into the studio and telling us what this ten year anniversary will bring.
