Oloosirikon is located in Kajiado County in Kenya, adjacent to the Nairobi National Park southern border. 

Migrating birds take time to roost in the savannah grassland valleys before continuing with their journeys. 

For the time they are in the vicinity, they provide an incredible acoustic boost to the local birds that inhabit the woodlots. 

There are plenty of pristine wilderness patches left in Kajiado despite the encroaching Nairobi County urban sprawl.
