Please note: This conversation was filmed last year. While some details reflect that season, the heart of the conversation remains just as relevant today.
In this episode, host Mekayla sits down with Dierra Hambrick, founder of Minding My Mental, for an honest conversation about friendship, faith, entrepreneurship, and protecting your mental health while carrying the weight of life.
Dierra shares the inspiration behind Minding My Mental, her journey as an entrepreneur, and her passion for creating spaces that encourage healing, advocacy, mentorship and community. Together, they explore boundaries, identity, faith, therapy, and what it looks like to pursue purpose while prioritizing your well-being.
Whether you're building something meaningful or simply learning to carry less, we hope this conversation reminds you that you don't have to do it alone.

The wait is officially over, Join me as we conversate about navigating through the soft transgressions of life. By becoming a resilient woman in the making of her own storm.
Hey sista friend! I wanted to come back as a reminder and tell you to breathe. Inhale peace, love, laughter happiness, and exhale doubt, fears, pain, regret. Healing is the word we choose for 2021 and throughout all the conversations we have had this year we never talked about the closure through healing. There is no time limit on how long it's going to take to heal but I wanted to be the one to help you take your first steps towards healing. Why? Because I know once you heal from the thing that is heavy on your heart, replaying in your mind, and attacking your spirit you'll be a healed woman. I want to be there to meet her, Through whatever it takes to get you healed ill be there. So starting December 1st-31st we will do a healed woman series. I just have one question will you heal with me?

Szn 2 ep20 We have finally made it to the season finale. Thank you once again for all your support throughout this chaotic season. You are the reason why I maintain to continue this journey. I'm sure you are familiar with the saying "woman to woman" this statement has been used in so many ways. Sometimes within sisterhood, we have these moments where there is this weird distance in our friendships. This distance can sometimes redirect you to have a senseless connection with your friends. This doesn't mean you can't fix your friendship even though that's what it feels like. This means you need to have a woman-to-woman moment with your sister. If you translate woman to woman it means heart to heart Sometimes you have to be able to see that woman's heart as you expose your own. So on today's episode, I would like to ask you are you ready to have a woman-to-woman conversation with me? Despite all of the girl trips, girls' night outs, calls, and text messages it's very important that you still make room for your friendship to grow too.
Can't wait to see yall on youtube @Sista Inc.rease
Until next timmme! Peace

Get Up, and this time when you jump back in you'll jump back in with help because I got your back. Go share this with a sis and say you got her back! because were creating a new rhythm that will allow no room but to rise. (Ep18) Szn 2 ep8 As the holidays are slowly approaching I think its time we talk about that thing that makes us feel butterflies and blush but sometimes causes us pain in a way we sometimes can't even explain. If you guess it that's right today we are talking about love. I already know season 2 did not go as I planned it but as I'm closing season 2 I got a major announcement for the upcoming season 3. From baecations, stay cations, vacations, matching outfits and all. We are all on the road to either be or see those couples with matching outfits. But relationships are so much more than being exclusive in the media.
