Dorothy Wintwipple is a beloved town member. She manages the tree farm, she plays a cherished rendition of Blue Christmas on the violin every year and she is charismatic as heck. Sandy is the owner of the local wreath shop owner who loves the bagpipes. They don't always see eye to eye, but when the chairperson of the town's annual parade is found murdered the two wind up setting aside their rivalry for the sake of the town and their mutual shared love of true-crime.
