Listen in to this episode to hear the sisters talk about birth order with their first guest.... their big brother!
Let us know what you thought about the episode or anything it brought up for you.
We encourage you to ask these questions of yourselves to help you unpack how birth order might have shaped you:
What expectations were placed on you (or not) as a result of birth order?
What were you known for in the family? Is that connected to birth order or not?
What responsibilities did you take on as a kid? Were they developmentally appropriate or more/less than expected given your birth order?
What is your relationship to independence and dependence based on birth order? How does that show up for you now - i.e. in friendships, marriages/relationships, work dynamics?
What strengths did your birth order give you? What patterns are you trying to outgrow/stories you are rewriting?
Thanks for listening!
In this episode you'll hear each of the sisters describe their Enneagram number, their personal experiences with that process, and some resources we found both helpful and unhelpful in diving deeper.
If you haven't listened to part one, head back to the previous episode for a little intro to the enneagram!

Have you ever been curious about the enneagram?
In this episode you'll hear the Lily, Mimi, and Maria talk about the Enneagram. They describe what the enneagram is, what each number means and a little bit about the centers of intelligence within.
In part 2, they delve into each of their own numbers, what it's been like to learn about the enneagram and some resources if you're interested in learning more.
In this first episode, sisters Maria, Mimi, and Lily share what inspired them to start a podcast, why they titled it Sister Medicine, a little bit about each of them, and what you might expect from future episodes.
