In this episode we continue the conversation started in the Mother Wounds episode examining the root causes of triggers and disagreements between people. Really, this episodes could be called HUMAN wounds as what we discuss could be applied and relevant for all relations. I am joined by my dear sister Melissa Coton, a fellow yogi born in Mexico who has lived and taught internationally in Europe and Latin America and currently resides in Bocas Del Toro, Panama where this episode was recorded. Since we are coming from the perspective of female embodied women who have a lot of experience with friendships with other women we are focusing our talk on these types of relationships. We discuss navigating expectations, disappointments, misunderstandings, power dynamics, communication, acceptance, and forgiveness.
