As well as being a chat amongst old friends and kindred souls, it is an exploration of lives greatest teachers, learning to say no, to speak out and step back, to stop writing lists and to start your very own You day (planning my Louise day immediately!). We hope this resonates and you find some healing within this podcast episode, as now more than ever, it is needed.
