As a little girl, I never imagined I’d one day walk into this chapter of my life. I never thought I’d be standing here, open and vulnerable — not just to those I know, but to complete strangers too.

Every little girl dreams of her fairytale wedding, of having children, of building a life full of love and laughter. But sometimes, those dreams shift… and what once felt magical can turn into something much heavier.

We all experience loss in different forms. And one of the hardest parts of that is not the loss itself, but the silence that follows — especially when you don’t have a support system to lean on.

That’s where mental health begins to unravel.
