In this episode, we embrace the energy and wisdom of the New Moon. We start with a New Moon breath practice, pausing at the bottom of each exhale. Then we contemplate parts of ourselves that feel "stuck" and wonder what narratives we carry that keep us from feeling free.

1. What physical parts of yourself feel stuck or uncomfortable?

2. In what aspects of your life do you feel constrained?

3. What narratives do you carry that may be keeping you from experiencing more freedom?
