Premier John Horgan will announce his decision on the Site C dam at 11:30 this morning, and you'll hear it live here on CKNW.  There is speculation that the Site C dam will continue and be built and that has many groups upset saying the energy is not needed, and destroying valuable farm land, and first nations land is not necessary.
