Today, we're sitting down with Robert Clarke, an author, trainer and visiting lecturer specialising in business continuity. Robert's work has been in the spotlight recently with the pandemic, and his book 'Business Continuity and the Pandemic Threat' became an overnight bestseller. We hear more about what business continuity entails. We hear how Robert recalls the teachers at RHS as being such an inspiration to him.
