Forest Richter is a Milwaukee native who recently had his funding-matching company, Uncrowd, acquired by StartupFuel. Since ditching the corporate lifestyle for the startup scene, Forest now offers his own expertise to other founders while still working on his mission of connecting underrepresented founders with capital. Brad Chandler is the Director of the Nicholas Center for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at the Wisconsin School of Business. He formerly was a managing director at Morgan Stanley from 2007-2017 and was on the front lines of the financial crisis. Nick and Brad talk career advice, the implications of crypto, and thinking about the long term.

Katie Lorenz is the founder of Campo Alpaca, which is a fair trade company making high quality alpaca apparel and accessories with small businesses and artisans in Peru. 

Graduating from the University of Wisconsin in 2012, Katie also works full-time as a Principal with Accenture, and she currently resides in Chicago, IL.

Rashard Griffith is a Chicago native who played basketball for the Wisconsin Badgers from 1993-1995. Under Stu Jackson and Stan Van Gundy (current New Orleans Pelicans head coach), he helped end Wisconsin's 47-year NCAA Tournament drought before leaving Wisconsin early to play professionally in Europe. In 2017, Griffith returned to the University of Wisconsin; this time as a student to complete his degree. 

Griffith is currently writing his memoir about finding extreme financial success at a young age and trials that surround such a situation.

John Zeratsky is an entrepreneur and University of Wisconsin alum. After graduating with degrees in Journalism and SOHE, he started at Feedburner, a tech startup in Chicago. Two years later, Feedburner was acquired by Google, and John suddenly found himself working on design at Google. Later, he would help redesign Youtube before starting a role at Google Ventures. With Jake Knapp, he is the author of two bestselling books, Make Time, and Sprint.

Nick and Ashlyn have a conversation with University of Wisconsin Senior Economics Lecturer, and economist, David Johnson. From his perspective as an economist, David shared his takes on Healthcare, UBI, Student Debt, and reasonsn for optimism. David has had teaching stints at Harvard and Stanford, and also involved with the Conservation Strategy Fund.
