Welcome to the Six Sigma Black Belt Pre-Training program from SSCE. Before you begin your journey into the advanced world of Black Belt certification, it's important to set the stage and prepare yourself for what lies ahead. This training will give you a clear picture of what you'll be learning, what's expected of you, and how to set yourself up for success.

The Six Sigma Black Belt is the highest level of expertise for most practitioners. It builds upon the knowledge of the Yellow and Green Belt, but you do not need to have completed those certifications to succeed in this program. If you've already studied at the Green Belt level, you'll recognize many of the concepts we'll expand on. If you haven't, don't worry-we've included supplemental resources to help you fill in the basics. With dedication, you'll be able to move through this program smoothly, even without prior training.
