But Sarah explains some things that helps her and by maybe doing all or some of these little things, can have a major impact on your health and wellbeing.

5. Working smarter & not harder
6. Positive thinking

We can all use the above in our own lives, to improve our life and reduce those stress levels one step at a time. So just try one thing at a time and adapt those to certain situation's within your own life.
