Schapelle hadn’t put padlocks on her suitcase, and so she, her 2 friends and her brother checked in their bags. Schapelle had all of her bags and her 2 friends bags checked in under her name because she had booked the flights, and then, the 4 of them made their way through security and onto the plane.

As she madde her way through the airport, Schapelle noticed signs that littered the corridors of the walkways. Each one slightly different, but all basically saying the same thing ‘Death penalty to drug smugglers.'
