The open discussion on Mental Health continues. On this episode we tackle mental health in men and why 80% of suicides committed are by men in the US. We had two special guests, Rashad and Tay, come to the show and provide us with insight on this very heartbreaking statistic. We also receive their POV when it comes to being expressive, finances, and not really having anyone to turn to.
