The pluralistic model of liberal democracy requires education, cultural capital, a strong civil society and a strong middle class – which is not true everywhere.Only a minority of today’s liberal democracies can deliver something reasonable, most of the countries are becoming rather parodies of liberal democracies, says Slovak sociologist, Michal Vašečka.
