Mr. Fullaway is the President of FourteenPlus, LLC, a firm that specializes in investing in the growing senior living market. Mr. Fullaway brings a unique set of experience as he was previously the CEO of Vigilan, one of the largest suppliers of software selling to thousands of senior living communities. He knows the leaders in the industry and the superior regional operators which allows him to provide superior deal flow and reduce investor risk.

He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps. He loves fly fishing, skiing and flying.
