There are a ton of drawing programs out there, and they all seem to be really good. So when Sketchbook Ink came out, I knew it would have some quality to it. After all, it’s an addition to AutoDesk’s Sketchbook Pro, which has come out with a lot of amazing art.

Sketchbook Ink is a pen and ink drawing app. You choose your pen, choose your color, and put down lines. It’s perfect for the line drawings of many artists, but you can definitely get very creative with the options they give.

Once you are done with your drawing, you can save it in .PNG format, at any resolution you choose. Therefore, your drawing can be sent to a dropbox or other cloud device, and be saved in a resolution that could be blown up for a bilboard size.

There are some two-finger gestures to it – pinch, zoom and move. There have been a couple times that I did the gesture, and it marked on the page. Simply use the undo tool to fix.

A great tool in someone’s drawing arsenal. The app does cost $1.99.
