The Consumer Product Safety Commission and the BRP company are recalling Ski-Doo MXZ and Renegade Snowmobiles equipped with Pilot X Skis. The left ski is defective and breaks easily leading to crashes and injuries to riders and bystanders.
About 8,100 were sold in the US and about 5,600 were sold in Canada.
Stop using these snowmobiles and contact BRP at 1-888-272-9222 to arrange for a free inspection and repair.
