We all think we have to be masters with 10,000 hours under our belt to make a difference in the world.
This only makes the mental health issues even worse when we believe we have to be perfect.
It paralyzes us because we already don't believe we are worthy, right?
So, what can we do?
Shoot for a smaller goal.
Look at mastering something for 20 hours. You will get good at something and it might open the doors for something more than what you might believe.
Do you have something you enjoy doing a few minutes a day (keep it clean kids!)?
