Gönül is a qualified dermal therapist and skincare enthusiast. She is a long time community volunteer with her interests placed around many areas especially the NSW Community Languages where she advocates for the importance of learning and promoting one’s ethnicity and cultural language.

She has 3 girls, with one completing the HSC during these unprecedented times amidst a global pandemic.
