Skip then joins and gives us his background and how he came to work at WeldWerks Brewing Co. He then dives into how being “reckless” with coconut has really paid off for the brewery, and walking us through his extensive approach to barrel aged beers. We finish up this episode and this month with a look at the future of beer in Colorado (and the country as a whole.)
