Skout is Laura Valk and Connor Gladney -- a duo that have found the sweet spot between folk and pop that’s often called indie-folk. They combine gripping, catchy melodies and sweet pop harmonies, which just works so perfectly for their style of songwriting and singing. The Brooklyn-based band recently joined us at Serious Business Music in DUMBO for this refreshing session.
