In this episode, we talk about how grief collided with our existing mental health issues - depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and the pressure to be the “good daughter” during and after Mum’s cancer.

We get into how our priorities totally shifted, feeling like a kid when you get hurt, guys finding grief hot, impulsive trips, skydiving, and trying to hold it together in public.

It’s a bit heavy in places, but still full of our usual unhinged humour.
