This week we are exploring the walk of life with social psychologist, entrepreneur, author, podcast host, speaker, teacher, and sky diver, Dr. Kevin Payne.  Kevin has lived with multiple sclerosis for 30+ years and shares the results of his extensive research concerning how to live a quality life with chronic distress, pain, and illness.  He is the author of the book, Your Life Lived Well and I had an awesome conversation with Dr. Payne about his work, his life, and some wild sky diving stories.
