Skyrim calls me!

I haven't finished Skyrim yet

I'm almost done with the main quest

but I am easily distracted by the

butterflies and pulling wings off them

And chasing elk down with my thu'um

Raiding ancient Nordic runes

Starting hundreds of side quests

and completing all of them

But life in Tamriel can be better than

real life ever could

Drink some skuma, hunt down dragons

join the dark brotherhood

After 300 hours you might

think I'm getting close to the end

But in the words of Boromir,

one does not simply beat Skyrim

I heard a rumor that I might have friends

and that they are inviting me out again

to a tavern or some place downtown

that's not in Skyrim

In the real world the graphics are great

but this plot line sucks, it's really second rate

it's as if the main character might not be me

It's not like someone with the amulet of Mara is going to sweep me off my feet

The way life is going, it's not like anything or anyone can compete

I will slay every dragon, rob the ragged flagon,

till this hole in my my life is complete

But in the words of Boromir,

One does not simply beat Skyrim
