In Episode 58 of "The Reel-ists Podcast", the film "Skyscraper" is up for review. Not too many disappointments here, as both Donnie and Oscar knew exactly what to expect from this movie, being that it's a summer blockbuster starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The popcorn flick had an interesting plot, likeable characters (unlikable for the villains), intense camera shots (much edited with CGI) and more. The Reel-ists Podcast was, admittedly, fairly lenient with not grading/ critiquing the film to harshly and even overlooked its minor hiccups to focus in on the overall entertainment value.
