Hailame is the founder and CEO of Elk Ridge Management. Elk Ridge Management specializes in all things short term rental, and currently manages a portfolio of 70+ doors. Using the management space to create momentum, Lame has now built multiple businesses under the umbrella of ERM which include Design, Creative Acquisitions, and Investments. He has quickly become one of Utah's leading real estate leaders, building the company into a 7-figure business in under a year. Lame considers himself a serial entrepreneur having now started to build out other complementary businesses to the STR space which include Capital Funds and Turo, while working towards the goal of having unlimited time to spend time with his wife and 3 kids.
