Young writers from around the country will take to the stage this weekend to compete in the Rising Voices Youth Poetry Slam finals. Carrie Rudzinski knows all too well what it’s like to stand up and compete at the highest level, ranking 4th in the world at the 2014 Women of the World Poetry Slam.
