Slaveriet tillhör mänsklighetens mörkaste historia. I över hundra år har vi låtsats som att det inte längre finns. Egentligen har det bara fortsatt, oavbrutet.

Folk köps och säljs fortfarande som boskap och behandlas mer som verktyg än människor. Trots att antalet förslavade människor idag är större än någonsin väljer vi att blunda för det.

Hur ser dagens slaveri ut? Var och med vad jobbar nutida slavar? Hur kommer vi i kontakt med dom? Vilken roll spelar dom i vår ekonomi? Och hur kunde vi någonsin få för oss att slaveriet avskaffades?

P3 Dystopia undersöker slaveriets historia, nutid och framtid.
