Tonight’s reading comes from The Rise of Universities by Charles Homer Haskins. Published in 1923, the book takes a look at the birth, development, and journey of universities throughout the centuries. It’s quite easy for us to take universities for granted but this book highlights some of the earlier days where its existence was not that certain.

My name is Teddy and I aim to help people everywhere get a good night’s rest. Sleep is so important and my mission is to help you get the rest you need. The podcast is designed to play in the background while you slowly fall asleep.
