Guys, when you're starting out, its MORE THANK OKAY to not have all the creases ironed out. I can only speak to what i know, and as a sole business owner with no employees, i can say as long as i don't run us out of business, i'm doing a good job. Certain tendencies will only get better with time because i'll never stop trying to improve, and growth is a much more satisfying process when you're transparent about your shortcomings and still strive to improve every single day.
