Springing forward an hour can make it harder to fall asleep on time.  So here are a few things than can help:  Try to get some exercise today . . . skip that extra cup of coffee in the afternoon . . . don't eat dinner too late . . . avoid alcohol . . . and put your phone away one hour before you want to fall asleep.
