During this episode we talk about the common challenges with sleep facing those who work on the front lines, including falling asleep; staying asleep; nightmares; panic waking; and “bedtime revenge procrastination”. Dr. Landry walks us through what it means to build a sleep window, protect the sleep window and allow sleep to fill it. He offers some useful tools like the “sleep accountant” and addresses proper sleep architecture. All of this and so much more in included in his comprehensive sleep training program designed for shift workers, and if you struggle with sleep quantity or quality, I would highly recommend taking a look at his program and making use of the exclusive discount he has offered out listeners.
