In this episode, Pamela talk about why sleep is so important and how you can get more of it. We discuss how you can enhance your sleeping experience as well.
We start by discussing the ways in which being sleep deprived can negatively affect our physical bodies, our health, and our mental state. We talk about what a lack of sleep can do to us long-term.
Pamela and I also discuss ways in which we can protect our sleep, how we can get more out of our rest periods, and how we can get more sleep.
We talk about ways to create the perfect space to sleep. We give tactical ideas and strategies for sleep that involve meditation or mindful practices that can prime us for sleep, using black-out curtains, using aroma therapy, and introducing white noise in our sleep area.
Sleep is going to be a force multiplier when it comes to our health, productivity, and well-being. Protect it!
